The sign of shoulder pain is that until this pain becomes completely intolerable, meaning if the shoulders are moved, the patient keeps wincing. When there is pain in the shoulder, it initially affects the joints and the surrounding muscles, ligaments, and nerves. As the pain starts, moving the shoulder becomes difficult, leading to impairment in daily activities. When the pain starts, there is difficulty in moving the shoulder, and this leads to a hindrance in daily tasks. When there is pain while moving the hand up and down due to shoulder pain, the patient avoids movement due to the pain but persists in seeking treatment.

This pain intensifies over time. Pain also occurs in the nerves and muscles of the chest, and when it comes downward, it affects the fingers and dries up the muscles of the hand. When women experience shoulder pain, its onset may be due to various reasons such as performing a task, lifting weight, or engaging in household chores like washing clothes, cleaning rugs, or cleaning walls, etc. The pain may begin with the appearance of a knot in the shoulder during activities such as washing clothes, cleaning rugs, or cleaning walls, etc.

Shoulder pain in diabetic patients can have a two-fold impact. First, there is pain, and secondly, there is the effect of diabetes because diabetes is a disease that, when affecting those who are already weakened or affected by previous pain or injury, worsens them further. It increases the impact of medication, and the more medication is used in this condition, especially in the Ailu Pachh treatment, the more the large joints are affected.

Particularly, the shoulders become stiff. Shoulder pain does not subside until there is complete mobility in it. In Greek treatment, that is, when the patient turns to us after undergoing all other treatments, treatment is done according to the cause. If the ligaments are weak, they are strengthened with the external and internal use of pain-relieving medicines. If the muscles are contracted with pain, external dressing, oil application, and related medicines are used along with partial exercises to soften the muscles. This is all tailored to the specific condition of the disease. Alhamdulillah, countless patients with complaints of this nature have achieved complete recovery here.
